Create Google Developer Account

A new Google Developer account requires a one-time fee of $25 (USD).

1. Access the Google Play Console: https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/, and make sure that you are signed in with the right Google account.

2. Input your details and accept the terms.

3. Enter your payment information for the $25 (USD) one-time fee.

4. Complete the setup (use your company name as the developer name) and sign in.
